PARCOURS STREET ART "ONDES URBAINES"

Initiated in 2021 by the municipality and Galerie 36ème Art, the "Ondes Urbaines" trail invites you to look up at the works of well-known street art artists. Primal Graphic, inspired by local heritage, takes us on a (re)discovery of the L'Enfant fountain in a jubilant scene celebrating freedom (in Square Joinard). Italian artist Luca Ledda Art signs the second fresco on the itinerary with his work entitled "La Graine" (The Seed), which questions your relationship with nature and surprises you with its colors and many details (rue Pasteur). Kogaone, meanwhile, has taken on the task of creating a monumental work on a 100m² gable in the heart of the city (rue Jules Ferry). And recently, with an emblematic color, her inspiration from the cartoons of the 20s and the pin-ups of the 50s, urban artist Williann tells the story of existence and the wounds that punctuate it through a drawing imagined 20 years ago and reworked in large format (rue Jules Ferry). Australian artist George Rose spent a few days in Raon l'Etape, signing a monumental floral work that you can admire on avenue du 21ème BCP, coming from Vallée de la Plaine. On Rue Chanzy, artist Bault presents a world of chimerical creatures, where animals and plants mingle in a wedding of saturated colors, inviting themselves into the human world. To be continued ...
