aUGUST 9 - REDWOOD FACTORY IN CONCERT (FOLK, BLUES): A not-to-be-missed duo of guitar, violin and vocals, in the garden of the bookshop Redwood Facory draws its inspiration mainly from American music, from Neil Young to Chris Stappleton, via the grunge wave of the 90s. Vibrant music, both nostalgic and modern, with a jubilant energy. aUGUST 16 - JAVOTTE IN CONCERT (FORRO, CHORO, JAZZ) : In the bookshop garden, from 7.30pm With her quartet Javotte, flutist and composer Lucie Jahier invites us to discover a rich musical universe blending choro, forro and jazzrock. It's an explosive blend of musical diversity and vitality! aUGUST 23 - MAYU EN CONCERT (FRANCO-BRESILIAN MUSIC) In the bookshop garden, from 7.30pm Mayu?s music reflects her life. Colorful French chanson, a wonderful Brazilian accent, a touch of World Music, lots of exoticism, jazz sounds and a talent for double bass as powerful as her smile. aUGUST 30 - REMI DUGUE QUARTET IN CONCERT (JAZZ) In the bookshop garden, from 7.30pm With guitarist Rémi Dugué at the helm, this quartet presents a wide range of compositions, from subtle to virtuoso, nuanced to powerful. Jazz, Rock, Rumba and Manouche live side by side, with improvisation as their common denominator.
