The farm inn and the table d'hôtes of the Domaine d'Escons offer you meals composed of several food and wine combinations. Everything is entirely home-made and cooked with products from the farm, local farm and artisanal products, and regional cooperative products. Anne, the chef of the inn and manager of the domain, is passionate about gastronomy and culinary flavors. Anne attaches great importance to the products that make up her meals. The products come primarily from the farm, such as lamb from the sheepfold, mushrooms from the orchard, and vegetables grown in the garden. In order to offer diversified dishes and recipes, products also come from farm producers, local craftsmen and regional cooperatives, in short circuits.
