A day to recognize, draw and cook wild and edible plants
Initiate yourself to the gathering of wild plants with Nathalie Policard (Fleur de Vie) and learn to recognize them with your five senses. You will then choose a species among those presented, to realize a botanical board in the old style... as well as an aperitif recipe that we will taste at the end of the day.
