Gîte Le Rocher

The gîte is housed in an old farmhouse 3km from the village of Moulins-le-Carbonnel. It's a detached house surrounded by green spaces: landscaped gardens, private terraces and a pond form the landscape of the property over a total surface area of 4,220 m2. Other dwellings cohabit with the gîte. It's an ideal place to discover the Alpes Mancelles region, to get together with family or friends, or simply to enjoy a natural environment. Anyone with a passion for ecology, architecture or sports (cycling, hiking, accrobranche, kayaking, etc.) will find comfort and well-being in this property in ecological transition. Situated at the crossroads of three départements, the gîte is in the heart of the Alpes Mancelles, close to Alençon. Ground floor: open kitchen and utility room equipped with 2 fridges/freezers, microwave, 2 dishwashers, washing machine. Large living/dining room (56m2) 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: bed 160x190, accessible for people with reduced mobility, bedroom 2: bed 160x190 en suite/wc adapted for people with reduced mobility and separate WC). Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (bedroom 3: bed 140x190, bedroom 4: 4 bunk beds 90x190), bathroom/wc. and a large 59 m2 games room with table soccer and table tennis and additional beds, 2 beds 140cm and 1 bed 90 cm 2kits superposed. Facilities: 2 flat-screen TVs, wifi (fiber optic is here!), fireplace. The double beds are brand-new, French-made, palace-class bedding for a good night's sleep. Not included: oil and wood heating to be paid for at the end of your stay bathroom/household linen (supplement 12? per person for the stay) tourist tax 0,77Euros/person over 18 years/night. Possibility of extra beds - 15 people maximum at extra charge. Housework is done by a cleaning company at the end of each stay, at a cost of 110 euros/stay.
