Since 2003, this association has been working to pass on good manufacturing practices to lovers of this beverage. From the selection of ingredients, to the equipment to be used, to the checks to be carried out during production, advice abounds. Brewing takes place in April and October at Yvon Pruvost's farm, 760 rue du Purgatoire, Boeschèpe, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
