Because the villagers have a lot on their plate. A bit of entertainment will do them good. But General Poutch likes order. And the problem is, General Poutch is the one who decides... A despotic farce for a female cast, circus performers with no limits and a General with no horizon, where the question of freedom of expression and censorship is tackled by peeling... potatoes.
