In the heart of the Mayenne, come and stay at the gîtes de La Prée du Roc on the banks of the towpath near the Neuville lock, with one small gîte (4/5 pers) and one large gîte (15 pers) on site. A peaceful spot in the heart of the countryside, ideal for recharging your batteries or enjoying a wide range of nature-related activities. This small gîte includes : on the first floor - a fully-equipped kitchen with sink, induction hob, extractor fan, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker and a round table with 5 velvet chairs. - adjoining, a small circular living room with two velvet benches and cushions, a coffee table and TV. - a small bathroom with a single vanity unit, mirror, heated towel rail and walk-in shower and toilet upstairs : - a single room with 1 double bed (160/200), 3 single beds (90/190) and 2 bedside tables with lights, plus a single rack with hangers. Outside: a private gravel terrace with garden table and parasol, as well as parasol and armchairs. The rest of the grounds are shared with the large gîte.
