"To eat at the giraffe table, you need a long neck": Léon and Gabriel, both dead for some time, still enjoy visiting their old friends at the EHPAD "Le Long Chemin". With humor and derision, Léon and Gabriel, both former comedians (and mediocre, as Gabriel would say), are determined to put on a show for the EHPAD?s annual party. While waiting for hypothetical rehearsals, they chat. "Don't you remember?" is a question often asked, and Gabriel even says: "It's strange, it's at the age when you have the most memories that you often have the least memory". All those little evidences, those attentions, those gestures so often repeated, so often forgotten? The evidence of friendship, of a kindly glance, confronted with the reality of passing time?we know where it leads...? So they talk? the day passes?
