In the hamlet of Sérigas, there are two farms where sheep are raised to produce milk and Roquefort cheese. This tour will take you along the historical traces of the great upheaval experienced by the inhabitants of the Causse over the last two hundred years. From Place Jean Séquier, take Rue du Rocher to the right of the Hôtel de l'Europe, then follow a steep alleyway and the path up to the castle rock. After 150m, at the crossroads, go straight ahead and after a few stone steps come out onto the D39. Take the main road to the right, leaving the path leading to Notre-Dame du Rocher, then after 20m leave the tarmac for a path which starts on the right under the road. Signs: Yellow PR
