L’ASSOCIATION L'ARBRE AUX ABEILLES

The association "l'Arbre aux Abeilles" founded on May 27, 2008 has as official object: "To undertake actions of communication, research and creation from the traditional know-how related to the trunk hives" The association, on Fridays in summer, offers guided tours and autonomy to discover the trunk hives of the valley of the black bee Visits to traditional trunk beehives: presentation of traditional hives, information and documentation on black bees, tasting of honey and traditional meads, addresses of traditional beekeepers and black bee breeders. Animations proposed by appointment: conferences, documentary films, initiation game on the biology of the bee for children, initiation workshops, participative workcamps for the restoration of beehives, storytelling workshops in public places.
