Micro-brasserie Transitions

The brasserie is located in the hills above La Ciotat, between two terraces, in the family's former carpentry workshop.

Using top-quality production equipment, the Transitions Micro-Brasserie brews organic craft beers using carefully selected ingredients. With an eye to the circular economy, the 'En direct du poulailler' organic poultry farm in Sainte-Anne-du-Castellet (83) recovers the spent grains (leftover malts after cooking), which are partly used to feed the laying hens, who seem to take it as a treat. And water, which is becoming a scarce resource, is used responsibly in the manufacturing process. After 20 years in the building trade and several years of passionate amateur brewing that moistened the palates of friends, this project was born. Following extensive renovation work, La Ciotat's first organic craft microbrewery was born. Don't hesitate to contact Transitions Micro-Brasserie to taste the beer of La Ciotat! On-site sales by appointment. As well as being sold in the brewery, the beers are also distributed or served in many places in La Ciotat and Ceyreste.
