Sleep in an unusual, bucolic setting! L?îlotCo is located in a quiet natural setting, in a 6-hectare wooded environment. See photos on this page. The two rooms were created in August 2023. They are located on the 1st floor, accessible by a 1m20 wide staircase and independent from the rest of the premises. We look forward to welcoming you to this magnificent country Tiers-lieu, located on the edge of the center of Saint-Georges-Du-Bois, 8 km from downtown Le Mans and its TGV train station. Access to Le Mans old town, 24-hour racetrack, university and hospital in 15 mins. Direct bus link to TGV station (line 34). Freeway access 3 mins away. On arrival, comfortable parking is available 150m from your accommodation. A luggage drop-off point can be arranged if required. A disabled parking space is available at the foot of the building. Practical information Each room has its own entrance, bathroom and toilet. Each room can accommodate 3 adults, and we can add an extra bed for a child if required. Bed linen, towels, soap, hairdryer and courtesy tray are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. For families, a cot can be installed in the room. Our café-canteen area on the ground floor serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our cuisine is homemade, healthy, local and mainly organic (meals by prior arrangement). Board games and books are also available. We do not accept pets. The room is non-smoking (as is the whole building). No refrigerator or microwave. Nightly rate for a room for 2 people: 90?
