Each session includes Refocusing and balancing postures to gently remobilize the body and learn to feel. A time of full presence to calm thoughts and emotions. A creative moment inspired by readings, symbols, games? Each session focuses on a specific theme. A talking circle, to express yourself, welcome others and move towards self-understanding as part of a caring group. Please book at least 48 hours in advance with Clémentine 06 09 87 58 79. Bring a floor mat, cushions and blankets if you feel more comfortable. From 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., workshops are followed by a shared meal. 1 Sunday morning a month at Le Etablies route de Saint Roch. 15? per session
