A 20-hectare site, designed by landscape architect Catherine Mosbach. It is the entrance to the museum, but also a breathing space for visitors. Intended as a living space for the museum?s neighbors and tourists alike, the Louvre-Lens park has a number of distinctive features that reflect its nature and the site?s past. Inspired by Japanese architecture, the park is structured around a number of very different spaces, some of which are far removed from the museum.
