The Étrille swimming pool is a friendly place where children and adults can learn to swim or improve their skills. Swimming lessons are given by Vincent Etrillard, a qualified fitness instructor (10 years experience) and lifeguard since 2006. The swimming school philosophy is to learn while having a good time. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced swimmer, our sessions can be adapted to suit your needs! Activities offered by L'Etrille swimming school : Learn-to-swim classes (from age 5). Perfecting the 4 strokes to improve crawl, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly techniques. Weekly mini-classes to improve skills. The little extras of L'Etrille swimming school : A covered, filtered pool heated to 31°C. An attentive teacher offering fun learning. Diplomas and certificates awarded to swimmers to attest to their acquired skills. Anecdote! The swimming school has been in existence since 1972! It has seen a whole generation of young swimmers pass through its doors, thanks in particular to Bernard Laporte, an emblematic figure at La Bernerie-en-Retz.
