After a beautiful hike on the Paloumère massif, or on the GR78 "La Voie du Piémont", or even on the Route des Cols by bike or motorcycle, there's every reason to take a gourmet break at L'Imaginherbe. Cooking with local produce and edible wild plants: salads, pies, soups, drinks, desserts and gourmet flora. Karine's cuisine is original, varied and inspired by seasonal gatherings. She gives pride of place to local farm produce from her own production and harvest, as well as from neighboring farms. Reservations and orders recommended.
