In 2015, almost 9 years ago, with the help and support of my family and friends, I set about renovating and restoring the family chestnut grove. Abandoned for two generations, the chestnut trees, most of them over 100 years old, needed a helping hand to get back into production. At least, enough to enable me to make a variety of jams, chestnut flour, syrups, marrons au naturel and other delicacies. I'm proud to be able to perpetuate the know-how that comes from my family history, and to be able to offer you products from a farm that is as coherent as possible: local, ethical and organic. Chestnuts are a capricious fruit that require a great deal of care and patience. But that's why we love it so much.
