As children, they regularly went fishing with their family. As they grew up, they quickly acquired a taste for French gastronomy and for getting together with friends over generous dishes and fine wines. Added to this was an interest in travel and discovery. Driven by these same passions, they set out to create a place in their own image. So, on June 15, 2021, they opened l'Ardillon, their seafood restaurant in Pornic.
