FÊTE DE LA TRANSHUMANCE AU COL DE BONNECOMBE

In 1990, during the Fête de l'Épine on the dike of Lake Bonnecombe, the idea of organizing a fête de la transhumance was born. And so, on May 23 1993, Aubrac Sud Lozère organized a fête de la transhumance: it was a first, and a success? The experience is repeated every year. You can admire them, take photos and chat with the herdsmen. After this stopover, the herds set off again, stopping a little further on to remove their decorations, before continuing on to their respective pastures. All day long : ?
