Peace and relaxation are guaranteed! With large rooms, terraces and a 40 m² spa area, as well as several lounges with fireplaces for winter use, our house offers everything you need for a pleasant get-together with family, friends or colleagues, whatever the season.
The two gites (the house plus the gite) can accommodate 23 people, with a total surface area of 520m2. In the main house, the living room with its dining room and adjoining kitchen measure around 105m2. On the ground floor, the toilet and washbasin are adjacent to the kitchen, and the staircase leads upstairs to 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and three have shared bathrooms. the house is heated by a central heating system and a fireplace. In the 180m2 gite is a large living room with adjoining kitchen, with a total surface area of 70m2. Behind the kitchen is a storeroom with washing machine and fridge. On the ground floor is a bedroom with private bathroom (disabled access) and upstairs 4 double bedrooms with another bathroom. There are three WCs, one of which is independent. heating is provided by a heat pump with air-conditioning available. there is also a fireplace.
