It is with great pleasure and pride that we announce the creation of our new cheese dairy, Tommes & Compagnie This company is the result of the processing of our organic milk, produced by the GAEC Sainte Catherine located in the commune of La Remaudière in the Nantes vineyards We are a team of 3 partners: Laurène, Mickaël and Vincent; supported by 2 employees: Clémentine and Sullivan Our project is the fruit of long reflection and a strong desire to respond to today?s challenges:| to offer local food from ORGANIC agriculture| with real environmental added value| Our farm store is open Wednesdays and Fridays from 4pm to 7pm You will of course find our dairy products, as well as our veal preserves, but also products from other producers!
