Brasserie Cheval is a cooperative microbrewery, operating out of the "Atelier, espace de création", a multi-disciplinary space behind the Arsenal, where sewing, arts and crafts, second-hand goods, etc. all come together. You'll discover a range of artisanal beers, from blond to imperial stout, including white IPA, amber and imperial Saison, as well as artisanal lemonade.
