Welcome to our beautiful family stone farmhouse, located in the countryside at La Renaumière in the commune of Gennes-sur-Glaize. With a floor area of 200 m², the house can comfortably accommodate up to 11 people, and boasts a beautiful garden with a covered swimming pool. There's a mini-farm on site, with pigs, sheep, geese, chickens and cats. La Renaumière is an ideal place for a peaceful break in the heart of nature. The site is ideally located 10 minutes from Château-Gontier and 30 minutes from Laval (Paris TGV station). The gîte is on 2 levels: -Ground floor: 2 bedrooms including 1 large family room (bed 160) and a children's room (2 single bunk beds), 2 WCs, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, a large kitchen (piano, 1 electric and 1 gas oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and large fridge), and a large living-dining room with fireplace, TV, DVD player, DVD collection, small library and games -1st floor: 3 very large bedrooms, 2 of which are adjoining, 1 bright and spacious "music" bedroom with 160cm bed and sitting area (40m²), 1 large bedroom with 180cm bed, 1 WC and bathroom, 1 bedroom with 160cm bed and sitting area Services : Free WiFi, TV, large 20 m X 4 m swimming pool with dome open from Easter to end of October, baby equipment (high chair, cot), bed linen and towels provided, beds made up on arrival.
