Fruits sauvages des haies et lisières

Date:

Take a stroll through the forest, along the edges and hedgerows, to learn more about the wild fruits offered by oak, hawthorn, privet, beech, blackthorn and dogwood to birds and small mammals. Registration by 5pm on 27/09.

Oak, hawthorn, privet, beech, blackthorn and other dogwoods offer their fruits, by the millions, to birds and small mammals. We also take advantage of this opportunity to make delicious jams, pies and all kinds of succulent preparations. But how do we make sure that the fruit of our harvest is edible? What are the species to watch out for? To answer these questions, nothing beats a little stroll in the forest, along the edges and hedges.
