After cleaning, re-roofing and consolidating the gables, it was time to give the house a floor worthy of the name. On the agenda: the creation and installation of "fusées de torchis", an ancient technique which consists of placing wooden spindles in rows, wrapped in a mixture of cob, to form floors. At the outset, there were more than 500 spindles ... a great introduction to an ancient technique!
