Welcome to Pâtisserie Thiébaut, where, for over 30 years, André Thiébaut has been creating succulent desserts, chocolates and mignardises with passion and expertise, and now Jonathan Weber is taking over! Over the years, we've catered for events large and small. Every family has enjoyed at least one cake, pièce montée or other, depending on the occasion. And even today, our creations are as astonishing as they are exquisite, appealing to all generations. Since September 2022, the Thiébaut patisserie has been part of the Mengin Group. Jean-Sébastien and Clotilde are fulfilling a childhood dream, proving that gourmandise knows no age! And while they may not have embarked on a career in pastry-making, they too have often crossed the threshold of Maison Thiébaut to choose a cake for the family breakfast, or to order a special piece to celebrate an important event. They too know the quality of our products! The story of Thiébaut patisserie begins a new chapter, full of gourmet pleasure and the joy of pleasing Nancy residents of all ages.
