Discover a farmer, miller and baker in Lignac with Olivier Lebon

Olivier Lebon masters bread-making from A to Z. His dream has come true: he has become a farmer, growing his own wheat. He is also a miller, using the famous "Astrié" mill to grind his grain directly in his workshop. He has been an official baker since 2021 at Champ du four, a certified organic farm. His specialty: natural sourdough bread with no added yeast and Poitou crushed wheat. Good, organic, 100% local. Tasting of the latest batch scheduled.
