The Bread is made from Wheat, Spelt, Grain and Rye cereals grown on our farm where we respect the practices of an environmentally friendly Peasant Agriculture. The cereals are ground on the spot in a stone-mill, the bread is made with natural leaven, the dough is kneaded, divided, shaped by hand, and baked in a wood oven. All these steps make it possible to obtain a local bread with an authentic taste. Sale on site by appointment only.
