Savenay Racecourse
The Hippodrome de Savenay offers one of the most pleasant and rural equestrian settings in the region. The Société des Courses de Savenay, created in 1850, organises 4 meetings of trotting and flat races there, from May to July. Another particularity of this racecourse is that it was occupied by the American Army during the First World War and by the German Army from 1940 to 1941.
