This 3.7 kilometre route is based on the "Au fil de l'eau" hiking trail. To begin your walk, from the top of the playground, you embrace the expanse of the Saint-Aubin pond. The first sign on the shore invites you to follow the adventures of the Great Crested Grebe, your guide. In the form of games, the stations will help you discover the life of the pond, its specific fauna and how it works. You can easily observe the numerous ducks that park in the middle of the water, the Grey Heron, the Macroule Coot and other Water Hen hidden in the vegetation of the banks. The tail of the pond becomes more secretive. Listen to the songs of the frogs, the water warblers and the nightingale Philomène. Scour the willows and flush with the water, the nests of the Grebes and Green-necked Ducks or the lightning passage of the Kingfisher. On the way back, the hay meadows, full of flowers, benefit many butterflies while dragonflies flutter along the sunny banks. You take the footbridge to complete your loop.
