In the town of La Chapelle Basse Mer, on the banks of the Loire, Antoine Bouyer started in 2001 the production of artisanal beers, the Trompe Souris, rather light and the Vieille Tour in the style of the Abbey beers. In a barn transformed into a brewery, the master of the place will reveal you all the secrets of their production, discovery of the raw materials, demonstration of the production process. For the tasting you will be welcomed in an old restored cellar on Monday evening, Friday evening and Saturday afternoon.
