A place with an exceptional view of the Loire, which they have carefully renovated in a modern style (trendy colours and noble materials). La Maison Bonheur is planted on the classified banks of the Loire River where the view is breathtaking. It is ideal for a restful stay in a magical setting. The house is located 5 km from the town of Ancenis, between Angers and Nantes. It has just been completely renovated by an architect and an interior designer who have created a real cocoon. At 100m from the Loire à Vélo, the walks are exceptional. The house offers two magnificent terraces: one on the Loire River and the other on the countryside which is lost on the horizon. They are equipped with garden furniture, outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, deck chairs... Private parking. Enclosed garden.
