Le logis du Clairay offers a comfortable single-storey gite, with large living rooms, bright thanks to its bay windows. You are surrounded by greenery, oaks, fields with the cows of the owners' farm ... The cottage is totally independent in its closed garden. You are at 2 km from the towpath and the river Mayenne, at the level of the Lock of Neuville. This path is known as the Vélo Francette, leading from Caen to La Rochelle. Via this path, you are 9 km from Château-Gontier, a city offering many services such as restaurants, shops, and especially the Carré theater, national stage, historical buildings such as the Ursulines. For sporting activities: the marina with boat, bicycle and canoe rentals (see Canotika, possibility of having bicycles delivered for your vacation, to be reserved in advance), water skiing... From the gîte, you can access several hiking trails At l'Écluse de Neuville : friendly restaurant, cutlery course. Isabelle and Jacques will be able to guide you and if you wish, to make you visit their farm Gîte on one level : living room 45m² with wood stove, mezzanine (access by ladder, 2 extra mattresses), fitted kitchen 16m² (microwave, oven, kettle, filter and pod coffee maker, induction plate, dishwasher). 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) accessible to people with reduced mobility, 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) - Shower room and WC with separation (accessible) (washing machine, dryer). Wifi - TV Baby equipment : 2 cots - high chair - changing mat - bathtub, please let us know your needs. You have a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, awning. Barbecue with coal. Petanque ground - Private parking. Bicycle rental on request. Possibility to put the bikes in a shelter. Electricity in addition on meter readings to be paid to the owners at the end of your stay.
