This spacious gîte is a restored 18th-century farmhouse. It is ideally located, halfway between Nantes and Angers. You'll enjoy a natural country setting, with a one-hectare pond (with fishing possibilities) bordering a river in a wooded landscape. The gîte has everything you need, both on the first floor (32 m² living room with fireplace, sitting room, TNT, Hifi, fully-equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower, WC, hall) and on the first floor, where there are two spacious attic bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm). For the little ones, a folding cot is available. Relax on a lounger in the private enclosed garden (150 m²) Other services include horse-riding and wifi access.
