After having travelled all over France and having built up a solid experience, Stéphane and Amandine settled in 2007 in the city of Cholet, then moved to the heart of the Mauges, in Saint Macaire. They offer you a cuisine made of finesse, modernity and freshness in a family and authentic atmosphere. Located in the city center of Saint Macaire, in a bourgeois house, Stéphane and Amandine welcome you from Tuesday to Sunday. The menu follows the seasons and the products of the moment, in a concern of freshness and creativity. The menu evolves regularly and Stéphane offers you, every lunchtime, a "return from the market" menu.
