About twenty organic producers, located within a radius of 40 km around Azé, supply vegetables, fruit, cheese, eggs, flour, pasta, meat (beef, lamb, pork), fruit juices, bread, oils, herbal teas, jewellery... This associative shop was born from the will to favour short circuits, to simplify the link between producers and consumers by grouping the offer of the producers of the territory in a collective point of sale. Because "we are what we eat", we believe that the way we consume and eat has a direct influence on our environment, our health, our way of thinking, our way of life and our collective organisation. Operating on an associative mode, the store is run by both producers and consumer-volunteers, to limit the middlemen and guarantee the fairest price for customers and producers. This place allows the purchase but also the exchange around the local know-how of farmers and craftsmen. Entry is free, no subscription or membership fee is required to purchase the products.
