On the menu: organic farmhouse cheeses made from raw milk, as well as bread, beer, cider and apple juice. For this 6th edition of the Vélo Fourchette, the Mayenne cheese route by bike, 14 loops are on the program between May 19 and June 16, 2024. In all, some 30 Mayenne farms to discover or rediscover: 20 dairy and cheese farms, 4 cider farms, 3 bakery farms, 3 breweries!
