LE SACRÉ GÎTE

The "sacré gîte" is located in the commune of Châteauneuf-sur-Sarthe, just a few dozen meters from the banks of the Sarthe river. Léa has updated this 19th-century presbytery into a gite for up to 15 people. The first floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dishwasher, an interconnecting living and dining room, and a first bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), bathroom and WC (PMR access). Upstairs are four bedrooms: - La cocoon with a 180/190 bed or two 90/190 beds plus a 120/180 bed - La Tropicale with one 180/190 or two 90/190 beds These have a shared bathroom with shower and WC. - The industrial with a 180/190 bed and WC. - La graphique with one 180/190 or two 90/190 beds, shower and WC. A laundry room with washing machine and a baby kit with cot, bath and high chair are also available. From April 2024, a games room and a dormitory with 6 beds and a shower room and WC. the municipal swimming pool is open from mid-May to September, with a free 10-entry card.
