GÎTE SAINT-FIACRE

For a simple stay in the heart of the historic village of Chéméré-le-Roi The gîte is a village house, with pink roughcast, the colour of the welcome! On the ground floor: a large living room, a lounge, a shower room with toilet, and a laundry room with washing machine. On the first floor: a bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90. The bedrooms are bright with their roof windows. An outside space along the house allows you to leave your bikes. Electric heating, calculated on the meter reading, to be paid to the owner. Cleaning is optional at 50€. It is mandatory for professionals. For long stays: 1 cleaning per month. Sheets are optional at 8€. The bathroom linen is also at 4€ Cot and high chair on request. Microwave oven. Electric hob. Wifi and TV available in the gite.
