At Le Bieau-Local, you'll find products from the farm (poultry) and other local products (dairy products, drinks, groceries, vegetables, bread or meat to order) all made "Local". Come and discover the store! Gift ideas and baskets to suit all tastes! Hervé and Cécilia SOCHON are organic farmers and breeders of straw-fed pigs and poultry (chickens, laying hens, etc.) They transform this meat into two forms: Rillette de Poule and Mijoté de Poule. The store is open to the public on Fridays from 4pm to 7pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 1pm.
