The church of St Etienne de Fougeré has an astonishing Tors bell tower. It has a choir dating from the 13th century and representative of the Angevin Gothic art known as "Plantagenêt". It is one of the most beautiful chevet of Anjou.
Open and welcoming church. Its origins date back to the 11th century. On the outside walls graffiti are dated late 11th early 12th century. The church has been classified as a historical monument in its entirety since 1969.
