Yoghurts, fresh cream, cottage cheese, tommes and fresh cheese made from cow's milk.
It is on the site of the Belles Maisons du Bas in Saint-Julien-des-Eglantiers, that Marie-hélène and Vincent Demoitié raise their 40 or so Montbeliarde and Normandy cows that they feed with the food produced on the farm. Almost all of the organic milk from the two daily milkings is processed on site. You can find yoghurts, fresh cream, cottage cheese, tommes and fresh cheese at the farm store or come and meet them at the Laval market (place des Acacias) where they are present every Saturday morning.
