The house, with a surface area of 160 square metres, is bathed in natural light. With a sober and refined decoration, the rooms and bedrooms will seduce you. On the ground floor, you will be able to relax in the 45 square meter master suite with a large dressing room, a king size bed and a large bathroom (bathtub, Italian shower). The living rooms overlooking the large terrace (100 square meters) open onto the French-style landscaped garden, with the nature reserve in the background. The kitchen has all the necessary comfort to allow you the best culinary preparations. The open living room invites you to relax; its large bay windows overlook the nature. Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with two single beds, the other with a 160cm bed, offer you a refined and neat decoration. A shower room (Italian shower) and a toilet are on the first floor. All the bedrooms (and the living room) have flat-screen wall-mounted televisions. A covered parking space is available. A large courtyard is available for parking other vehicles. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we offer for your arrival: teas (organic), infusions (organic), coffee (nespresso, decaffeinated nespresso, filter coffee), bottle of still and sparkling water, basic groceries (olive oil (organic), balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper). The sanitary and bathroom facilities are equipped with liquid soap and solid soap (organic), toilet paper. You will also find disposable handkerchiefs and cottons in the bathrooms. Sheets, towels, bathrobes and tea towels are provided. Baby equipment is provided: cot (with over-mattress) - high chair. You will also find various readings, board and outdoor games. Four bicycles are also at your disposal.
