GITE DE LA CAMILLETTE

In the Perche Sarthois, ideally located between the Normandy bocage and the Loire castles, charming 18th century farmhouse of about 150m2, completely renovated, very comfortable. The house, facing south, is on top of a hill with a beautiful view. It can be reached by a small communal road which only serves our property and which continues by a hiking trail. A place that appeals to artists: musicians, painters, writers appreciate its calm and beautiful luminosity. Preserved old character (lime, beams, terracotta floor tiles...), furniture found and restored by the owners. The house also has all the modern comforts: games room (billiards, weight training equipment), Ipod, Iphone, video games, ... Gîte classified 4 stars. Off-season: possibility of shorter stays and guest rooms on request.
