The itinerary starts from the bastide of Marciac founded at the end of the 13th century, which has retained its medieval medieval character with its arcaded square. The route takes you to the charming village of St Justin of St Justin with its small heritage.

1 - From the Tourist Office, on the right as you leave the office, join the rue St Pierre at the corner of the pharmacy, then take the first street on the left which leads to the arena. 2 - Turn right and follow the GR 653 Chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle. 3 - Go down to the right through the oak hedge to the tarmac road. Take it on the right for 1 km, reach the church of Samazan. Cross the D38 (be careful) and take the GR 653 opposite. Continue straight ahead. 4 - At the place called Castex, go up by the shaded path and join the departmental road. Cross it and reach the village of St-Justin. 5 - Take the old path (old fountain below), pass under the porch and follow the road on the right for 1km. 6 - Turn left on a stony track and continue to "Piquette". Join the road and follow it to the right for 250m. 7 - At the wooden cross, turn left, cross the stream of Laüs (ford) and go up the hill, reach the to the forded communal road. At a new cross, take the road on the left, 350m after, follow the path on the left for 1,8km which brings you back to Marciac. Reach the arena and the town hall square.
