Walking and hiking trail PR® n°3; 17 km ; 4h30 ; medium (variant 14 km / 3h30) from Condom (Voie verte de l'Armagnac). Fall under the spell of the smallest fortified village in France, classified as the Most Beautiful Village and nicknamed the little Carcassonne of the Gers. A jewel of Gascon medieval architecture, this unique village has a drawbridge, moat, ramparts, towers and a Romanesque church; a most exotic setting awaits you for your lunch break. The countryside is preserved here, the commune is labelled "Territoire Bio Engagé" with 50.6% of its useful agricultural surface area managed in Organic Agriculture. A breath of fresh air, nature and culture!

Departure at the foot of the "Ténarèze" tourist sign located opposite the car park of the Voie Verte de l'Armagnac in Condom. Take the greenway in the direction of downtown Condom, on the side of the tourist sign. This way, you are going the opposite way of the Voie Verte de l'Armagnac. Cross the departmental roads D15 and D114 with care. Continue for 200 metres. 1. Leave the greenway and take the first tarmac road on the left. Go up this road for 140 metres, then take the path which opens up in a hedge in front of you, at the bend. Continue along this shaded sunken path which climbs for 1 km towards the Chotes estate 2. Cross the stone driveway at the entrance to the estate and continue for 200 metres. Turn left to go around the vineyard and join a path on the right that leads to the back of a house. Enjoy the view of the hamlet of Goalard on your left with its typical pine tree 3. Turn right to pass between two fields, then along a hedge, for a total of 900 metres. You join another path 4. Turn left and continue for 700 metres to join the D114. Cross it with care and continue on the gravel path for 450 metres, then take the path in front of you, which enters a hedge. Continue to the Planèze grove and continue on the dirt track for 520 metres. You reach a tarmac road at the hamlet of Goalard If you wish to visit the small hamlet (+600 metres of road in total): turn left for 230 metres: you will find on your left a small Romanesque church and its small cemetery which overlooks the town of Condom. You are on the site of an old castle belonging to the famous De Galard family. Go back on your steps to resume your journey. 5. Turn right and follow this small ridge road for 500 metres. At the crossroads, go up on your right for 40 metres, then turn left. Continue straight on for 900 meters until you reach a bend. Take advantage of the exceptional view of the village of Larressingle, whose profile is cut out on the heights of the hillside on your left 6. Leave the tarmac road to go down on the gravel path towards the place called Loriabos. Continue your descent on this 800 meters long shaded path. When you reach the tarmac road, turn left and continue your descent, then go up to the D15. Cross the road with care and continue on the small road lined with hundred-year-old oaks, hence the name of the place called Lacassagne, which will lead you to the village of Larressingle, after a few beautiful changes in altitude! Visit the fortified village and take advantage of the various services on site. Guided tours with the Tourist Office at 3pm/ in May, 11am-3pm/ in June and September, 11am-12am-3pm-4.30pm/ in July and August. 7. From the parking areas, go towards the Auberge de Larressingle. At the crossroads, follow the road to the left, then take the path on the right that leads to the waste collection area below the Auberge. Continue for 1.2 km. You will go along hedges, grove, lake and fields to reach a tarred road. Turn right and continue for 300 metres. VARIATION: You want to go straight back to Condom? Continue on the road which goes down on your left, following the red and white markings of the GR65 which will bring you back to your starting point. 8. In the bend, take the GR path on the right and follow it for 500 meters. Continue on the gravel path until you reach the road. Cross the road and go down the path of Saint-Jacques for 250 meters. 9. Leave the GR by a path on your left and follow it for 870 meters. It joins a small tarmac road. Turn left and go up the road until the crossing. Turn right and continue on this road for 1.4 km. You pass the farms of Martin-Neuf and Ourzan 10. At the crossroads towards Petit Pailhès, follow the leftmost path towards Laspeyrères for 1.65 km. You go through fields and vineyards, to reach the tarred road D277. Turn right to cross the bridge on the greenway. 11. After 60 meters, at Houresté, take the path on the left. Pass Mouret and go straight on to join the old gatekeeper's house. Cross the green way and continue on the 700 meters long stony path. At the tarmac road, turn right to come back to your starting point.
