This series entitled "Mon Herbier Châtillonnais" (My Châtillonnais Herbarium) offers you the opportunity to discover places in our territory with abundant floral biodiversity. The idea is to combine the pleasant with the useful by taking advantage of a walk to learn about or enrich your plant cultur
The sunken lanes, like the trognes and the bouchures, were perceived, as early as the 1930s, as obstacles to progress (to mechanization). At Le Tranger, we are lucky enough to be able to stroll along two magnificent sunken paths, maintained as a green corridor, and to observe dozens of wild species. The ridge line that connects the 2 paths allows you to discover superb landscapes to the south and the Indre Valley or to the north towards "la Mardelle" and "Le Puy". Parking near the town hall. Let's go for 2 km. Take the road to Palluau, to the sunken path that starts just before the cemetery. Go up to the top of the path, turn left onto the tarmac road. Just before the technical building turn left, down the sunken track, and straight on to the car park
