The church of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary in Grandvals is a contemporary building that preserves the 13th-century apse. Inside, there are three vessels decorated with statues.

The village of Grandvals has a recent but original church. The facade is covered with a grey plaster, the edges of the walls are built in large granite units. Rebuilt in the 19th century, the building still has the original 13th century apse. Each opening is decorated with a simple Romanesque arcature, as is the entrance portal to the south, which is surmounted by a square bell tower Inside, the nave is composed of a central vessel and two side vessels divided into three bays with barrel vaults. Each corner of the church is decorated The choir has a semi-circular apse and is vaulted in a cul-de-four. It houses a remarkable high altar in wood and gilded details. Two statues of Saint Theresa and Saint Anne are positioned on the south and north sides of the apse.
