L'ANGE GARDIEN

In the heart of the Causse Méjean, a vast limestone plateau, Stéphanie and Nicolas welcome you to the Guardian Angel. Their two guest rooms are located in the small Causse hamlet of Nivoliers. Nivoliers is a little bit of the world, a real haven of peace for nature lovers, for hiking or simple family walks, mountain bike outings, close to the Jonte and Tarn Gorges as well as many exceptional sites. Since 2011, the Causses and Cévennes have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site as a cultural landscape of Mediterranean agro-pastoralism. This recognition consecrates the value of an exceptional site whose landscapes have been shaped by the hand of Man for thousands of years. In 2018 the International Dark-Sky (IDA) awarded the Cévennes National Park the prestigious label of International Dark Sky Reserve (RICE). It has become the largest RICE in Europe.
